1Educational use only
Trade Lee is a chart-reading practice game built to help you get faster and more honest about spotting breakouts, fakeouts, and other price-action patterns. That's it. It's not a trading platform, not a broker, not a signal service, and nothing you do here places a real order or touches real money — every "bankroll," P&L number, and streak in the app is simulated.
2Not financial advice
Nothing in Trade Lee — drills, Academy lessons, strategy pack write-ups, the readiness gate on /funded/, or anything else — is financial, investment, or trading advice. We're not licensed financial advisors, and nothing here should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to pursue any specific trading strategy. If you trade real money based on anything you learn here, that decision and its risks are entirely your own.
3No guarantee of results
Getting good at Trade Lee — high accuracy, long streaks, a strong Trader Rating — does not guarantee you'll be profitable trading real money, or that you'll pass a real prop firm evaluation. Markets are harder and more expensive than a 10-second drill. We say this directly on /funded/ too: most evaluation attempts fail, and most failures are risk-management mistakes, not pattern-reading mistakes.
4Where the data comes from
Drills are built from real historical market data (see /about/ for exactly how) — nothing is hand-drawn or faked. But every drill runs as a simulation: no real order is ever sent to any exchange or broker, and no drill outcome reflects live, real-time market conditions. Treat it as reps against real historical price action, not a live-market trading environment.
5Accounts & leaderboard integrity
Creating an account is free and requires only an email. We reserve the right to remove or suspend an account without notice for: abusing the global leaderboard or leagues (bots, scripted play, exploiting bugs to inflate a streak or rating), harassment of other users, or any attempt to disrupt the service. If we remove your account for one of these reasons, we'll typically explain why if you email us.
6Affiliate links
The firm cards on /funded/ contain affiliate links — see the disclosure directly on that page for the full explanation. Short version: we may earn a commission if you sign up with a firm through our link, at no extra cost to you. That doesn't change the honesty of the readiness check above it, and we only list firms we'd actually use ourselves.
7Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Trade Lee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
